ABOUT

Mike and Lorie Corica have been fixing and flipping residential homes since 1998. They have been married for 27 years and enjoy spending time with their two children and extended family. Traveling to Europe has inspired many of their home designs.

Lorie Corica

Lorie is in charge of project management and design. She is affectionitly known as the beautification expert. Lorie also professionally stages other homes and consults with other investors.

Mike Corica

Mike was a realtor for 10 years prior to starting a career as a real estate investor. During his 10 years he sold over 160 homes. Mike is in charge of acquisitions, marketing and budgeting.
